Understanding the term
A phrase such as ‘website design’ is searched by thousands of people and contested by the whole market. ‘How much does a business website redesign cost’ is searched by a few dozen, and hardly anyone answers it properly.
Their other advantage is intent: the longer a query, the more clearly the person knows what they want, and the more likely they are to convert.
