01I already have a Google Business Profile or a Facebook page. Why would I need a website?
You can keep using both. A website gives you room to explain your services, show your work and bring useful information together in a journey you control.
You can link to it from your Google profile, social accounts and conversations with customers.
02I already get work through word of mouth. Is a website useful for me?
Your website can take recommendations further: give people a link to browse or pass on. It lets them discover your work before calling you.
It can also support your efforts to reach customers beyond your existing network. We start by discussing what you want to develop.
03Is the mockup really free, even if I don’t order the website?
Yes. We prepare a first mockup of your homepage for desktop and mobile within 48 hours of our conversation. You can see the proposed copy and visual direction.
You have no obligation to order the website. If you decide not to continue, that’s it: you owe nothing. Building the website is a paid service only if you choose to order it.
04What budget should I plan for my website?
A business website starts at €1,490 excluding tax. A business website with local visibility starts at €2,490 excluding tax. Your quote specifies the pages, content and scope of the build.
Technical care is offered separately at €150 per month excluding tax, covering hosting, updates, backups and fixes. Advertising campaigns and ad spend are separate.
05I already have a website. Does everything need to be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. We look at what’s already there: is your offer clear, is the supporting evidence visible, and is it easy to contact you? You may need focused improvements or a more complete redesign.
Send us the address. We’ll work out what is worth keeping and what needs to change.
06How will people find my website?
You can share its address on your Google profile, social accounts, business cards and in conversations. To develop your presence in local searches, we offer additional visibility work. Advertising campaigns are a separate service.
Your website helps people understand your offer and contact you. Enquiries also depend on traffic, your market and your offer.
07I haven’t prepared my copy and photos yet. How do I start?
We discuss your business and the content you already have. You don’t need to have everything ready to request a mockup.
For the build, the quote sets out what you supply and what Klymax prepares, depending on your chosen package. You approve the information about your business.
08When can my website go live?
For a business website, allow an estimated 7 business days after we receive your content. The schedule depends on the scope, complexity and approvals.
Bespoke websites, CRMs and applications have their own schedule, agreed in the quote. Your mockup is presented before the build begins.
