02Can existing information be imported?
Existing files and tools are reviewed during scoping. Imports, data cleaning or connections to other software need an explicitly defined scope, based on the quality and structure of the available information.
03How are access rights and the schedule defined?
Team roles and the information each person can see are part of the requirements. The project is costed and scheduled after the quote to account for journeys, integrations and required approvals.

05What delivery time should I expect?
