Behind the scenes
The decisions behind the project
01The starting point
Klari supports people preparing an application to the MDPH, France’s departmental disability service, and their relatives. The website brings together explanatory resources, free tools and document preparation services: a guide, personal statement coach, medical brief and appeal pack.
02The challenge
Make a complex administrative process easier to approach. Visitors need to understand where to start, recognise their situation and choose support without getting lost between information and offers.
03An accessible starting point
The free assessment takes a central role. Simulators, the application checker and the checklist sit in a menu dedicated to free tools. Guides complement these entry points for people who first want to understand a benefit or a stage of their application.
04Answers that become a document
The personal statement coach guides users through questions about daily life. Their answers form a structured document that can be exported to PDF and Word. An example is available before choosing the offer, so users can see what they will receive.
05Reading adapted to the person
An accessibility panel adjusts text size, contrast, spacing and font, or reduces animation. These settings are part of the website. The green palette, explicit headings and resource links serve the same purpose: making the process clearer.
