01The starting point
Clara is a Klymax product dedicated to phone reception for dental practices. The project combines a web presentation with a voice trial: understand what the assistant does, then hear it answer the phone.
02The challenge
Turn a promise of artificial intelligence into an experience you can hear. The greeting needs to be short, the voice understandable and the conversation within the practice’s scope.
03From website to phone
The form uses the French country code by default. For invited participants, it triggers a call to the number provided. This pilot version lets them try the journey from the website without installing an application.
04A carefully developed voice and greeting
Clara introduces herself as the assistant of a demonstration practice. The greeting was shortened and the pace adjusted after the first trials. Responses cover appointments, opening hours and practical information.
05A precise scope for the conversation
Off-topic requests, recipes and API key requests are refused. Appointment conversations remain simulated in this version: they allow evaluation without booking a real slot with a practitioner.
